Do you mean the Remux subtitle option? If yes, it is in the Settings panel.

Mona, where does one find this new "Passthrough Feature" in the Converter module? I have installed 2.0.0.5, and tested several merge tasks (one with MKV Same as Source and one with MP4 Same as Source), and I cannot find anything anywhere that says Passthrough. What is worse, the merged tasks are both still totally screwed: The KKV file has NO chapter marks preserved and a ridiculously stupid low bitrate. The MP4 output file did have all of the correct chapter marks, but the output bitrate was a ridiculous 286 Kb/s (the input files were both over 1070 Kb/s).

UPDATE: In further testing, I did fine the "Video Passthrough" checkbox in the advanced settings for a conversion task, but as soon as I selected the option to "Merge all files", that pasthrough option disappeared (that is why I couldn't find it before - I am testing the Merge function).

I am running another test now, where I checked that Video passthrough for both input files BEFORE selecting the Merge option, but I quickly got a crash report, so I don't expect much from that.
