Movie "Burning" not converting correctly

I've tried the last several versions of Unifab as well as a few versions of Fab 12 and none of them produce a usable copy of the movie Burning. The physical size of the output file is supposed to be about 24GB (per Fab 12), which is correct. Unifab incorrectly reports that the output size will be 10GB using the exact same settings as Fab 12. You can see in the MediaInfo file that the bitrate of the output file is only 7528 kbps. It is supposed to be 20600 kbps. The output file, despite being way too small, freezes, pixelates, and is simply unusable. I've included the log but I don't really know where one attempt ended and the next attempt began so there may actually be a couple log files here.

Still not working with v2019. It never finishes and the Cancel and Pause buttons are both greyed out so I have to force close Unifab.

For your problem, could you please use other videos to see if this is a universal problem, or just for this one ?

Burning (2018) gets to 100% complete but never finishes. It never gives the Successfully Completed message and it continues to use CPU and GPU. Additionally the Pause All and Cancel All buttons are both greyed out and unclickable. Unifab must be force closed to get it to stop.
