The Departed (2006) not converting correctly

Using Unifab 2019 the conversion ran for about 8 hours before I finally had to force close the program because both the Pause and the Cancel buttons were greyed out and couldn't be clicked. I then tried using v12. It finished the conversion in 30 minutes but the resulting file was 9GB when it was supposed to be closer to 26GB. It was pixelated and froze up. In other words, unusable.

The Departed (2006) is still doing the same thing in Unifab v2021. The processing gets to 100% but it never completes. It continues to use CPU and GPU even though the processing is done. It just continues to run and Unifab must be force closed. As you can see in the screenshot the Pause All and Cancel All buttons are both greyed out and cannot be clicked. The output file is less than half the size it's supposed to be and does not play.
