    Please click the Menu button in the upper right corner of UniFab screen, go to "Open Log Folder", open UniFab log files . We need the Unifab log for check. Thanks in advance!


    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

          Yes, we've got your log and reported the problem. We'll test on our end.

            Is the face of the character in the video darker, or is the video darker?

            May I ask if you set the 3d sbs left and right split screen mp4 format?
