Save Bitrate Not Used - Infab 2.0.2.7

Seriously guys, why enable us to set what we want for bitrate AND SAVE IT, if the next time we use that saved profile it's not going to use the bitrate we set???

This happened with the old DVDFab converter and I complained about it then, and now Unifab does the same freaking thing.

Not the profile name on top: MP4.1394kbps-2.Default.

That's the bitrate I set AND saved.

Now load that profile and look at the bitrate: 1542 kbps.

    WHY????

I'm starting to really regret the money spent on this software because you guys have zero interest in fixing bugs or listening to your users.

It's real simple. If I set a bitrate and save the profile, I WANT THAT BITRATE USED.

        9 days later.

        2.0.3.0 is out now.

I still load up my profile with a set 1394kbps bitrate and the system instead sets the bitrate to over 3000.

I'm with user milpar here, I'm thinking it's time to ditch your software altogether. You guys don't give a shit.
