Unifab Deinterlace - Not Deinterlacing, Causing Wavy Lines

I am trying to deinterlace and upscale some DVDs. When I run them through the deinterlace module it does not deinterlace and causes wavy lines when there is motion (see attached pics). This is occurring on all DVDs I attempt.

What I do is use DVDFab 13 to rip the DVD into a file using passthrough for video and audio, then I run the file through UniFab for deinterlacing and upscaling. (I miss DVDFab 12 where a DVD upscale could be done all at once). Attached is a screen capture of what I am getting. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

Please make sure to update to the latest version of UniFab v2.0.3.7 and attach Unifab log for check. Thanks in advance!

Would you please also upload the source file to googledrive or dropbox, and then share the download url with us. We'll download and test on our end.

I am having this same issue and I'm using v2.0.3.8. This is clearly a huge issue and happens no matter if I use denoise, deinterlace or upscaling! See my post for details. This is most likely an issue with all DVD's 720x480.
