UniFab DTS channel mapping issue ?

I am running UniFab 3.0.0.3 and converting an h.264 8bit 1080P MKV file with 5.1 channel E-ac3 to h.264 the same video format but with DTS 5.1 audio as the output. I have some endpoints which won't play E-ac3 but do play DTS audio.

When I playback the file the center and left front channels appear reversed with the voices all coming out of the left front speaker.. When I use DVDFab 12.1.1.5 with the same settings the output channel mapping is correct.. I am using HW decoding/encoding with an AMD APP GPU.

I am not sure if this has been reported previously.

Yes, the video converter function under UniFab 3.0.0.3.
