Dolby Vision !!?? How to create a whole movie?

I have started another attempt to create a Dolby Vision film from a 59 Gb black and white film. Which should be possible. I don't know why 59 Gb should only become 30 Gb at the highest quality. After an hour of uncertain processing (no processing recognisable in the progress bar) it said finished and what came out was a 4 Gb file with a length of 13 min:32 sec instead of 92 min:36 what's the point?

Which mode are you using？ HDR upscaler or Video Upscaler?

For your problems, could you please use other videos to see if this is a universal problem, or just for this one ?
