All sorts of Converter issues

I've been trying to convert several different files that use several different encodings for video and audio. I'm having issues with some files chapters going blank until the next chapter. Chapter titles not being copied from the source. I managed to get some videos to work by stepping HDR down from 10bit to 8bit, but no other changes work. Going from 265 to 264 doesn't work. With audio, DTS source being re-encoded has its center channel dialog moved to the left channel on both 5.1 and 7.1 codecs. Passthrough is the only thing that keeps this from happening. I also have files that are TRUEHD 5.1 that won't play at all if the audio is re-encoded, only passthrough works. But re-encoding the video causes the audio to be out-of-sync. The sources on all of these work, but they are just too large to stream, which is why I'm trying to convert them.

The DTS mapping issue has been previously reported here. I am sticking with DVDFab v12.1.1.5 for converting, for now. I continue to test UniFab.
