Unable to download video file from BBC iPlayer

Hi,

When trying to download the following file, I get a 'failed' error message when attempting to download.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod...the-river-kwai

Donwloading from iPlayer is normally fine. It's just this file that's causing a problem.

Any ideas the problem might be?

The source video on iPlayer is 720P. I can download the file using the Android app but, although I have the premium version, the app only downloads it at SD resolution (480P) irrespective of the quality option I select.

I cannot download the file at all using the PC version of the downloader app. Each time, after analysing the source file and adding it to the download queue, the download fails.

Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

After being added to the download queue following analysis, the status of each quickly changes to 'Failed'.

Could this be something to do with the video name containing characters that the software can't cope with?
