    Problem with Downloader

    Windows 7 (most recent service pack)
    3.0GHz Quad processor 12 core Xeon Sandy Bridge processor

    16 GB RAM

    For Disney plus I am seeing files quit 2 seconds after the download starts. Netflix just going on forever never downloading but repeating the video playing.

    Hi raquen, sorry that you are having an issue. There should be other log files in the same Downloader log folder, please attach them as well, thanks.

        Had the same problem with Win7 myself.

        The problem can be seen in the qefdrm.log where it cannot move the cache from folder to folder.
        "Unable to move the cache: Access is denied"

        After many uninstall and reinstalls, my anti-virus finally asked my if I wanted to let qefdrm.exe make changes to my computer. I answered yes and I just finished my first download on Netflix. Yeah!

        So you will have to set your anti-virus (or whatever program is blocking it) to allow the program full access. Can't help with specifics, but now you know what the problem is.
