Problem with Amazon dowloads. Only Stereo.

Amazon Prime downloads are in stereo only. I have tried many, many times and all are the same. 2.0 audio only.
Here is an example. Supernova (2000). log.Supernova.Amazon.zip

One thing I have notices is there is a download button under the play button on the downloader browser.
Every Browser that I use does not have the download button. The only other place that I can find this download button, is on the mobile app, which is restricted to stereo (2.0) downloads.
Maybe this could point the developers in the right direction.

Okay folks. It's been a month of me posting issues and log files with ZERO results!

1. Netflix cuts off the end of the movie.
2. Disney+ gets in a loop and will not finish a recording.
3. HBO Max says "cannot play title" on every title
4. Amazon will only download in stereo.

I have used two different computers with the same results. One is Win7 and the other is Win8.1

I do what you ask and post the problem with a log file.
You closed my other thread saying there were too many things going on in it!? Well, nothing works.

Let's at least get Amazon working and then we will address the other three.
