Download Prompt does not display for some movies on Amazon

I was trying to download a movie called Bold Eagles on Amazon. Once I click watch now, I then get the analyzing video prompt. It goes away and back to the search results of amazon. The download prompt never comes up. I have attached my log.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
