Questions prior to purchase DRM Video Downloader

DVDFab DRM Downloader. can anyone tell me whether DRM video downloader downloads direct stream from the source or encodes video ?

I see that you guys will save my metadata information. means will u be saving my username of the platforms ? ( like username fro amazon or NF ?) or what data will be saved ?

Can i download from spotify and other music streaming services if i buy Downloader all in one ?

The Metadata saved is for the video only. which is basically the episode name, number, show tittle.
how it actually pulls the video's depends on the stream source.

Amazon downloads direct stream, other sites "record" lossless stream while playing the video.

The main page for drm dnld says in a note the user name is add to the mp4. I think thats what they meant by metadata. Is that a thing and where (didnt see it assuming its embedded in the file)
