Disney website upgrade something and not work now

3.0GHz Quad processor 12 core Xeon Sandy Bridge processor

16 GB RAM

DRM Downloader v3.1.0.3
Disney+, Netflix, Prime and HBOMax all worked great before 3.1.0.3 update. All still work but Disney, ant download prompts a screen and it fails to identify the video to download and no option to add to queue/ if you click download now the screen is dismissed and nothing happens.

I am having a similar issue, but for Star Wars the Clone Wars. I am definitely logged in.

Same thing is happening to me on 2 computers. (Ticket Logged). Have tried version 3.1.0.1 and 3.1.0.3 Even did offline install.
I open the program choose Disney plus on streaming and try a program or movie and just get a blank add to queue box. I've tried it with Next, Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 1 which is downloaded fine last night. Same thing on both computers which makes me think Disney Plus may have copped on and changed things. I tried with disney+ as well and after a couple of issues with it not seeming to log in and showing a blank screen i was able to get in. then tried downloading S1E2 of falcon and winter soldier I didn't parse any info so it left a blank dialog for episodes and no ability to download. I am definitely logged in because i had to do it again through the downloader window, which was strange. then i could browse to the show and it gave me the empty show dialog.

its definitly broken i have the same issue

Gone through all the versions 3.0.2.0, 3.0.2.1, 3.0.2.2, 3.1.0.0, 3.1.0.1 and 3.1.0.3
3.0.2.2 is the only one that I can get working the most.
3.0.2.1 can't recognise Ironman 2 to download when you press play and 3.0.2.2 has the queue window pop up but it's not listed.
Although 3.0.2.2 works somewhat it will not do subtitles. At the start of Ironman 2 there are russion subs and it will not render or output to a srt file.

I experienced the same problem, but this new version seems to have resolved the issue with Disney+. However, when I first tried downloading The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, Episode 1, it wouldn't analyze. But when I tried a different video I didn't have that problem. So I simply restarted the downloader and tried again, and it worked fine. Plus Hulu seems to parse a little faster now.

tried 3.1.0.4 and while some work, like winter soldier. Others don't like the premium content (Raya) that was paid for does not work. This previously worked before I am guessing Disney did an update.

Tried Next ep 3 with new version and it downloaded. There are subs in it that did not remux to video but they do write to an srt,
