Tried Hardy boys first episode from Hulu. It downloads in 720P and not 1080P. I have selected Full HD option in settings still the issue.

It's not the bug of DVDFab Downloader, for E03, the best resolution is 960x540 on Hulu, but E04 is 1080p. It’s decided by Hulu JP.
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
