Dinsey + has problems downloading titles.
In the end-stage, when all parts are downloaded, and it's reprocessing, it took forever.

      Hello Mona,
I have installed the latest version, 4.0.1.6, and the issue persists.
Is there any update on what could be the problem?
I always have to cancel the download as it is not completing.
Any troubleshooting steps that I could try?
I already deleted the cache folders that have been created to see if it has any effect, but it is still the same.

I also attached the latest logs.

      Thank you

The QA team could not duplicate the issue. The latest log file you posted has been forwarded to the developer.

Ok. I will try to install it on another machine to see if the issue only happens with this one.

It is working for me, hopefully you can resolve the issue on another machine.

Ok. I did some testing on another machine and it seems to work there.
Would the logfiles of both machines help to find the issue ?

No, I don't think so, maybe you can try to add StreamFab to the whitelist of your antivirus software to try again.

It seems to be an issue with the OS.
Ill get back once I found out more.

                  Thank you Mona

                    Hello Mona,

Confirmed something with the OS was not right and caused the issue.
Recover from Backup and seems to be normal again.
