HBOMAX only downloading in HEVC / h.265 despite settings saying otherwise

I have the latest version of streamfab 4.0.2.3 and recently noticed in the prior version some of my videos downloaded in h.265 format instead of h.264. I checked my settings and saw that a 4k option had been added to the stream settings for hbomax so I unchecked this but still videos download in h.265 see attached picture. I run my plex on a server that does not have a video card and the cpu can keep up with h.265. I want to download in h.264 which all my other videos are in. Is this a bug if so can you please take a look at this. Logs are attached as well.

I downloaded a movie and an episode from a series on HBO Max and both download in h.265 format despite having it set to h.264 in StreamFab settings.
