Disney download quality.

I have notice anything that I download from Disney is at 720p. I have checked StreamFab settings and made sure I have settings set to best. I also checked if the settings on Disney account was set to best stream quality and it was. Is SteamFab only able to download at 720p,or is there something I'm missing.
