Unable to download or add to queue the Netflix movie Pineapple Express. The movie never plays so the status is waiting for playing back a video after selecting download.

Just ran into the same issue with a movie that I was unable to download, new release 'The Harder They Fall'. Kept getting Error code D711-1935-405001. Looked that code up and it is a reset,
'For the Error Code m7111-1935-405001, such a mail from Netflix would normally ask you to reset your password by sending you a link to reset your password.' Tried Netflix on my computer not using StreamFab and no problem there. Completely closed Streamfab out and it noted V4.0.2.6 to upgrade. Upgraded and then tried the movie with Streamfab and was able to download.
Don't think it was the upgrade, think closing Streamfab out completely reset my account, could be they did something in the last couple of days. My want to try closing Streamfab out and try logging back in.
