Feedback function is not working

Feedback function is not working.
I get a transmission error every time.

After deleting the contents of the Log folder,
I was able to confirm that the size of the zip file created in the Temp/Feedback folder was reduced from 5MB to 16KB,
but I still get a transmission error.
