Netflix subtitles download issue

Hello, I am using the latest version 5.0.4.0 and trying to get the complete English subs for She S02. However, it only downloads a 1 KB file every time I select the subs. I have tried selecting all the options available for English subs and deselecting the "Always download the forced subtitle" option under VIP services. It should download separate SRT files if there are multiple subs available. However, it only downloads one file of 1 KB. Can it be looked into? I am on Windows 10
