We are still experiencing DRM issues with some of the StreamFab download modules. If you can only download videos at lower resolutions than you could before January 25th 2024, please be patient as the developers are still working on fixing the issues.
Other symptoms that you are dealing with a DRM problem could be "Failure to access video" errors or endless analysis.
Please refrain from posting about these specific errors as we are of course well aware and working on them. Feel free to post an issue you think might not be related to the DRM problem but bear in mind that they will be treated with a very low priority until the DRM issues are resolved.
The following modules should be fully back to normal (state before January 25th 2024):

* Netflix content added after January 25th 2024 cannot be downloaded at all. It is back to normal for everything else.
Regarding Peacock , the content that cannot be downloaded is anything posted after February 22nd 2024. Anything Prior can still be downloaded as usual.
Amazon not working right. If i want to download a serie, i don't get the pop up menu to choose what season or episode i want to download. It is analyzing and everything, but at the end i can only choose download ... downloading what ??? i can't see which season or episode.
I have tried with a lot of series and it's only on Amazon i am having an issue.
Is it possible to get a previous version ... v 5.0.4.8. It worked on that.
I'm judging by your image that you are not using Amazon.com, but PrimeVideo.com to download in your country....which would explain why you would be affected and many of us are not.
Besides waiting, it's hard to make suggestions.....did you try searching the series and then clicking it?

I'll try both ways and let you know...if you didn't know, you can have both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions installed. I always keep one on a version I know works until I know
the new one works.
Oh yeah...I'm at my limit for Amazon today....so will probably be late tonight before I can test.
The key paragraph written by Signals is: Many have asked if a particular problem can be attributed to this DRM change by the supplier sites; generally you will find internal error codes 306 or 308 in the drmDownloader log file if it is the DRM issue. This is what the Developers are working on.
Looks like we just had a DRM change at Amazon and maybe others. Check your StreamFab.log, it will look like this:

I'm getting the same issue. Only on Prime TV Series. Like Jack Ryan, is selects just the 53 second trailer.

I have tried to download through PrimeVideo on the web and it did work that way by copying the link on a specific episode. But that is not the "normal" way, it has worked before for me in StreamFab browser and now it's not.
