Prime titles CBR or CVBR

can someone explain to me, like I'm an idiot, what the difference between the option from prime video are CBR or CVBR? What gives the best looking file when finished, saving all files as mp4 (typical files sizes are 4-7gb each) but a few of my primes titles are near 20gb
