[v.6.0.0.2] StreamFab browser (QCEF) never closes.

This has been an ongoing problem for a while now:
StreamFab's internal browser -- QCef.exe -- continues to run and eat up memory capacity long after StreamFab has been closed. And I'm not talking a for a few minutes after -- it'll continue to run FOR DAYS if not ended manually!

That's simply not right. (And it really should not be that complicated a fix.)

And after v. 6.0.0.0, it would seem QCef.exe is trying to access Chrome's camera every time it launches, as well. (Also not right.)

Please send the StreamFab log file for a better check.

QCEF sometimes remains on usually because of a crash or improper shutdown of StreamFab. QCEF is the program that controls the StreamFab browser. If you see it running after StreamFab has been shut down simply go into Window's Task Manager or some other process explorer and kill the process. Nothing sinister is going on.
