    Hi Walker189,

You need to post logs in order for StreamFab to look at it.

I duplicated your issue somewhat (didn't lock up software, got "failed" screen").

I tried downloading using StreamFab 6.1.2.2 Disney Module the new Ant-Man and the Wasp - Quantumania and it locked up at 0% (didn't start segment download) and gave me a "failed" screen after about 4 minutes.

I did not "log off all devices" on Disney (sometimes module have download issues if you don't) because I don't want to to keep re-doing my TV logons just for testing nor did I try a previous version.

I was able to download from the competitor without any issues or delays.

You *might* try logging off all devices via logging on to Disney in a browser first and also try a previous version since 6.1.2.2 *does* list a change for Disney in changelog that might have caused some issue.

    StreamFab 6.1.2.2 Changelog
Fix: A problem that the downloaded Disney+ videos freeze and have no sound during playback.

Here's a link from Mona for 6.1.1.8 & 6.1.1.7 previous versions supplied for The CW currently not working with 6.2.2.2 if needed

Anyone else have issues with StreamFab 6.1.2.2 Disney getting new Ant-Man Quantumania movie?

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the feedback regarding log files. Based on some of your suggestions I tried this:
        1) Opened StreamFab (movie was still in downloading queue
        2) Minimized
        3) Opened web browser, launched Disney+, started streaming movie
        4) Closed web browser
        5) Maxed StreamFab, and started download
        6) Successfully downloaded

          Walker189,

Glad you could get it to work that way.

Wonder if this is a new bug for only this movie or Disney Module and also might be illuminating for other Disney issue posts from last few days.

          Perhaps *StreamFab* could test it.

          Mike

I was able to download it with the 6.1.2.0 Beta version. This may be Beta, but I can download things that the other versions can't. Seems to fix a LOT of issues.

Have you downloaded it with 6.1.2.3? I was able to download it fine using that version.

I got it to work with 6.1.22 so didn't go back to try again
