    Of course I have to ask if you did the obvious thing of in StreamFab logging out of netflix and logging back in ?

      Log out of the program? Maybe that's it. Do you mean Netflix or Stream Fab?

        I just tried it and rebooted. I also tried going back to the last V6.1.2.8 and it works great, even have HEVC back again.

          I meant netflix. From the VIP/Netflix window, log out of your account and back in.

          I see you went back to 6.1.2.8. Glad that is working. Just wish we knew why 6.1.29 had issues for you.

            Yup logged out of Netflix and set all the settings as you had them, no luck for me. As I said 6.1.2.8 works fine. Thank you very much for the help.

              Please post your logs the default location is:
              For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
              For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
              Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
              If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

                I have not updated and used NF with said update. I did have one update that required me to delete the contents of the temp and log folders. But that happened only once.

                  Streamfab x64 - version 6.1.2.9

                  Same problem as Chameleon.

                  All tests with series are failed :-(

                  But, tested with a film : no problem, works fine...

                    I have downloaded from Netflix Canada with v6.1.2.9 and have not encountered any issue besides the usual StreamFab downloading something in different settings than i actually chose...

                    I downloaded Season 3 of The Witcher and Season 1 of Muscles & Mayhem: An Unauthorized Story of American Gladiators

                    My Netflix settings are H265 - HDR and Atmos Audio

                      I cannot use 6.1.2.9 at all for anything, it doesn't work at all ( for me), and everything fails. It must be my setup. Although 6.1.2.8 works perfectly.

                        Hi,

                        Here my last tests.

                        Still failed:
                        Riverdale - s7 - Episode 10
                        Outlander - s7 - Episodes 1 + 2

                        Series ok:
                        La Disparue de Lørenskog (6 episodes)
                        Octobre (5 episodes)

                        For series failed or ok: same parameters

                        Others tests:
                        - Uninstall and re-install Streamfab
                        - VPN (with differents countries) or no VPN
                        - Log out of: Streamfab and Netflix account too

                        It's not a matter of luck or not: I just proved it​

                        Can't believe it here.... :-(

                        If anyone has an idea, please share it.​

                          I haven't been able to download anything from Netflix with V 6.1.2.9 nothing at all. I rolled back to 6.1.2.8 and it works again.

                                HEVC works for me. But it's only for Netflix Original Series/Movies or stuff listed here: ​
