    So last mac update 21st September, 4 windows updates since then, I am starting to think that Streamfab are quietly phasing out the Mac version.

      Netflix and Tubi completely broken. Many titles in Max and Paramount+ either don't queue at all or fail when attempting to download. Sure is a lot of money to spend for something that doesn't work for most things.

      If I set up a WinTel machine can I get my lifetime+ subscription transfered to Wintel? I miss Redfox. It worked.

        Netflix, Hulu, Amazon + am sure other are not working for me at this point. Hulu been the longest not to work!

            They are claiming an update is due this week, I’ll believe it when I see it. And of course there is no guarantee it will actually fix anything.

            Asked about switching my license to Windows and was given the old ‘buy it again’ line.

            Has anyone managed to switch?

            £300 for a Windows license is very expensive and I really object to them raking in more money for pitiful service and a substandard product.

            Is there any way to escalate these concerns? The normal support route always seems to get in the way and never manages to resolve anything.
