I raised a ticket because channel 4 hasn't worked for some days (I also tried it on the Windows trial and it fails there too), it plays quite happily within streamfab on the C4 tab but when I try to download anything it stays in 'analysing' for some time and then fails.
My ticket was closed and marked SOLVED with zero response!!!
Given the lack of updates for the Mac version (so far 9 mac releases to windows 26; despite paying the same as Windows users) it seems I have moved from a second class user to a non-person!
Absolute disgrace.
