Given the poor support, and the lack of updates is there any legal route open to me? I am in the UK.
They claim that a new mac version is due this week, but that isn’t the first time they have said that. The product page lists 50+ updates a year but so far it’s much less than that. The product isn’t fit for purpose. It works occasionally and then there are weeks if not months when we have to wait for them to get around to fixing it.
