Why again are there no announcements?

Every Mac release has had an announcement. They have been posted mistakenly (or intentionally) in the other StreamFab forum.

Thank you, but doesn't count. They created this forum for us Mac users (without being asked for it) and now don't even post their own Mac announcements in the right forum.

I could not agree more. This forum is so unorganized that it's an embarrassment.

The responsibility for posting the update announcements falls to the DVDFab Staff. I will see to it that some member of the Staff knows that they are posting the Mac announcements to the wrong forum. In earlier times, the Moderator/Administrator from the Windows forum would manually correct that. Now, officially, there are no SF Windows Moderator/Administrators. The SF Mac forum does not have any Moderators/Administrators either. If you want the job, contact Wilson.
Streaky, I was the one that created the Mac forum. There was no need to ask any user. That was my job at the time, Moderator/Administrator, and I (along with Jack, jpp72) were supposed to get the forum running in a fashion where user help could be communicated in a quick and concise manner. Mac and Windows users continued to post problems they were having without mentioning what device they were using, despite repeated warnings. Windows users were giving Windows answers to Mac problems and vice versa. It was pure confusion, and they needed to be separated. I, rarely, visit the Mac forum, as I'm a Windows user, but the separation has definitely cut down the device confusion. Now if we could only get users to list where they are located in the world and what streamer server they are trying to connect to. A StreamFab.log attached to every problem message would be an enormous help, too.

Wilson.Wang, please be aware that the member of the Staff whose job it is to post Mac update announcements is posting them to the wrong forum, the Windows SF forum. Could you please talk to that individual and correct their mistake? Thank you.

Mac 6.2.1.5 announcement just manually moved again because it was posted to the wrong forum.
