StreamFab for Mac Error running StreamFab on older versions of macOS

Is anybody else having issues running StreamFab on older versions of macOS? i.e. 10.13.6? I've had a ticket open with them for months now... and I get the "try new version" response. Their requirements for StreamFab on Mac say:
    • macOS 10.10 - 15.x
    • Core 2 Quad and above
    • 4GB of RAM or above
    • 40GB of free hard disk space or above
    • Live Internet connection required
    The basic error is:

    Dyld Error Message:

    Symbol not found: _NSAppearanceNameDarkAqua

That's trying to load libs for dark mode (which was first available in macOS 10.14.

I am using macOS 10.15.(Japanese environment)

The video sites I checked were Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, and TVer, but none of the videos could be downloaded.

    Error code 702.

I suddenly became unable to download version 6219, and although I try every time a new version is released, it has been five months with no improvement.

Try changing your DNS to Cloudflare or Google and don't use VPN.
