AppleTV No 1080p ?

I think Apple Tv is defaulting to 480p, which is kinda pointless. Is 1080p supported? Was just trying to download FOUNDATION, and not worth it for low quality version.

I don't think there is any difference to the Windows version:

Support to download H264/H265/Dolby Vision/HDR10+ video codec.
(480p for all of videos, part of videos up to 720p/1080p/4K)

Higher resolution (including FHD) are limited to popular, older titles ..

With Apple, however, the clients only receive a key for SD and another key for audio.
SF therefore compares whether the appropriate key for >SD is stored in its database to enable dl >SD

Thanks. Oh well. Not a deal breaker. Heavily invested in Apple tech, so not likely to cancel my AppleTV subscription.

if you subscribe to Apple TV via Amazon then you can get 1080p
