Enable Flash in DVDFab Downloader

I am running DVDFab Downloader 1.0.0.8, on Windows 10 laptop. Using Google Chrome as my default browser. I am trying to download a video from my xfinity.com/stream website. But when I navigate to the site I get an error that my Flash is not enabled. However, in Google Chrome my Flash player is enabled for that site and I can view the site from within Google Chrome (and also MS Edge) browser. When I navigate to xfinity.com/stream from within Downloader Explorer I do not see a pop-up to enable/allow Flash. Nor is there an option to the left of the "https" URL link to change the Flash settings. I cannot find any way to enable the Flash Player settings in DVDFab Downloader Explorer.
