Problems with Lcence

On 21 January I purchased the copy of DVDFab Downloader and activated it. When I go my licence and click ABOUT there is information that I purchased the full version that never expires, but when I try to download videos there is this this information that I cannot download because I have the free version.

It started working but I have another problem with site https://vod.tvp.pl/ - the software doesn't support it.
