Downloader 2.3.0.5 fails

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the product, and I'm running the latest version. It still fails to analyze a video (see below). I have not been able to use this product since the 2.3.0.3 version was released. Here is the video I'm trying to anaylze:

getting same error... I turned off antivirus. manually put it in to windows firewall to allow. I am running windows 10 installed as admin and also ran as admin same result. Tried to install version listed above and still no luck
