Very slow DL of the Mandalorian (DLing at approxomitly 2x the normal watch speed.)

I am pulling Mando from D+, but I am not getting very far with it, it seems to be working but is moving VERY slow. I can rip a comparable ep at the same res in 5-8 minutes, Mando is playing it at 2x speed, and you can watch it in fast forward.
Is this a Disney thing I have to deal with, or did I do something wrong?

Please update to the latest v3009 to try again. If still have a problem, post the log file for troubleshooting, thanks.
