Amazon TV series Treadstone No Sound

This is the same problem as the movie i posted. I have been trying to download Jack Ryan, and got no sound on two file, after I uninstalled 3.0.1.5 and then deleted and the folder i could find for the program. I then re install and got the two file for Jack Ryan with sound. Then when tried the above series I got no sound again.
I will try uninstalling delete all the folder again to see if that works again.

Hi,

I have tried 3.1.0.3, 3.1.0.4 still the same. I have found doing a clean install works better, don't get so many error.

Now trying 3.1.0.5 clean install with all folders delete, have download the treadstone series with sound, now downloading Battlestar Galactica season 1 all with sound. Just finished 2 movies MY Spy and Bloodshot. It working great
