Hi. I'm having problems with the drm downloader using the latest version 3.0.1.6.
Here is what happens step by step from a clean install and no log files except install.log.
1. I open dvdfab downloader.
2. I select drm video downloader.
3. I select netflix (it does the same thing if I pick amazon, disney+, hbomax).
4. A pop-up window says "Please log into your account, then browse or search a title to download. Note we don't store your account info on the computer or anywhere."
5. I click on okay.
At this point a drmdownloader icon appears next to the dvdfab downloader on the task bar. If I hover over the drmdownloader icon I see a small window that looks like a browser. No drm browser shows up on my screen so I'm unable to browse to a title to download. If I click on the icon in the taskbar it also does nothing.
If I close dvdfab downloader and run again following the same steps 1-3 no pop-up window comes up telling me to log in, and browse to a title to download. The drmdownloader icon does show up n the taskbar but when I hover over the icon it shows a tiny black screen. Again no browser window opens, and clicking on the task bar icon does nothing.
I have noticed if I delete the log files in documents\DVDFab Downloader\log directory the pop-up window "Please log into your account, then browse or search a title to download" does come back. Still no drm browser opens on my screen.
I did try changing the option to use graphics hardware from software but it has the same problem either way. I have also tried turning off virus protection and the firewall. I really would like to see this working for me and others that might be experiencing the same issues. Below are 4 screen shots showing what happens if I delete the log files before starting DVDFab Downloader. Below is a description for each screen shot.
Thank you,
Megan
Screen 1: DVDFab Downloader started and DRM Video Downloader is selected. No service has yet been selected

Screen 2: This screen comes up after clicking on Netflix only if I have deleted the log files.

Screen 3: This screen is shown after clicking on the OK button. Notice the drmdownload icon has appeared next to the dvdfab downloader icon.

Screen 4: No drm download browser has opened. This shows what I see when I hover over the drm downloader icon
(tiny browser). This only looks this way if I have deleted the log files before starting dvdfab downloader.

Now if I restart DVDFab Downloader and do not delete the log files I get Screen 1 (above), it skips Screen 2, shows Screen 3 (above), then I get a screen like Screen 4 but it is totally black when I hover over the drm downloader icon on the task bar. Clicking on the drm downloader icon on the taskbar does nothing.
