doesn't appear to be ANY work going on in the last 4 releases to address the issues with Disney plus failures or even ANY acknowledgement that it's even broken

I'm pretty hard on them for this myself, but they have definitely acknowledged that they are aware and are working on fixing it. It is annoying that it doesn't work, it never worked for me (okay I was able to download the mandalorean and nothing else since). I admit to getting impatient with this, but I'm not if it was as easy as writing a line of code, or pushing a button they would have it done by now. -
