No valid audio track with hbo max

On a number of titles in hbo max, there are no valid audio tracks to select for download. Only "descriptive english" and "spanish". Yet if I just play the video, it has regular english audio track. An example of this is Birds of Prey or Bringing Home Baby.

I too have noticed this. Just happened with me on Aquaman on HBO Max. Wish someone from support would reach out on this issue. I am running the latest 3.1.0.5
