Youtube resolutions decrease

Has anyone experienced or know how to prevent a decrease in the resolution of YouTube videos? If the playback is 720p, Downloader 3.1.0.9 will only download in 360p.
1080p becomes 720p. Thanks!

We will try to duplicate first.

Youtube plays back fine. Downloader just degrades the resolution as soon as it starts to record - you literally see it change 720p to 360p as it starts to record.
All resolutions are decreased one setting on their own. You can set to record in Best, 720p, 1080p depending upon the original video, and they will all auto-reset to the next lower resolution.
