Cannot download from Netflix

This morning I successfully downloaded a video from Amazon Prime. But then when I went into Netflix, every download I tried immediately "failed". I have the latest version of the downloader and I did download a video from Netflix two days ago. I was able to stream from Netflix on my computer the same video which failed in downloader. Is there something wrong with the Netflix downloader or am I missing something? Thank you.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
