YouTube video purchases giving an error message.

First post here, I have all of my films linked through Movies Anywhere , and My library is on You Tube.
I was wanting to download/back up my purchases for off line viewing.
But it seems that the have a very low resolution rate through the browser.
And I am getting "Failure" notifications that it is not able to give me the best resolution setting.
Is there a way around this to DL the films in HD?
Love the program , I purchased the life time Bundle.
