Hulu - Failure in analyzing this video error

in Hulu, i get this "Failure in analyzing this video" error when i try downloading patsy and cinderfella . I am unable to attach logs due to size limit. Pls check attached screenshots.

got same error multiple time with different TV shows, close it and re-start and the issue remain

Both movies downloaded today looks like temporary problem.
