Amazon Prime no sibtitles

Hello all,
I am pulling down shows from Prime, some scifi and also Jack Ryan. I have English subtitles selected and when I watch on amazon prime i have subs, but I do not when it is ripped. Which is especially a problem for someone speaking English in Jack Ryan as there is a lot of im not sure which middle eastern language in season one. Or in scifi shows, it is needed for some aliens, like Klingons.

Any suggestions?

In the Subtitle selection list, do you have a subtitle option like ForcedSubtitle? Be sure to pick that option for the process.
