Hi, its impossible download the most series or movies from HBO MAX, south America (Peru, Ecuador, )

in the attach image is the problem in the most of the cases this dialog box appear, after reading episodes,
i contact to support via ticket, but they cant do nothing becouse cant reproduce my problem
