HBO Max - stuck on "Analyzing audio & subtitles information"

Not a very good start - decided to give the StreamFab a try before I bought it. Picked "Mortal Kombak" a small window pops up with its little winking moving left to right. Thats its !
Any suggestions.

Does this need to be installed as "Admin" on the PC - should it be run as "Admin" ?
