In my case AppleTV in this last version 4.0.2.0 Win is only downloading at 720p. Last Month I was able to download 1080p.

StreamFab x64 5.0.0.3 (Win) - Don't see any subtitles when Remux Into File. Extract to SRT file contains only the last 22 lines of dialog (01:07:11,406 --> 01:07:13,534).
