Although I don't have those download and upload speeds, I am seeing slow downloads from Netflix (bad but not terrible), Amazon (the worst) and HBO Max (seems to work at great download speed for a download or two but then gets as bad as Amazon). I have an open ticket for this but haven't heard anything back from them for about a week.

So actually the download speed is controlled by source or streamfab?
Pretty sure Netflix throttles speed on their end after a movie or two is consecutively downloaded. As I type this I can't remember for certain it it's Netflix or Amazon for certain that does (I think it's Netflix)
